I honestly think that the Batsuit is just soaking up most of the damage that gets thrown at Terry in the show. He once tanked a direct hit from one or two missiles the were fired out of the trunkful a hover car, and got buried under several steel beams and wet cement. That high tech Batsuit is almost like an Ironman armor. That’s why Terry avoids fatal injuries so often when using the Beyond Suit along side his skills, street smarts, and Bruce’s intellect.
